I like when you wrote "Save your money instead of giving it to tobacco companies". With the economy the way it is, saving money is a good deterrant to smoking.

Another reason to quit is if you are in a relationship with a non smoker it will definitely cause a strain as well as create barriers.

Personally, hypnosis worked best for me, but you have to do it right and every day, if possible.
